Two Ways To Get It

Repairs Your Way

With a purchase or on its own.

Either way, the same team covers the same equipment. Our biomed technicians repair exam tables, patient monitors, EKG machines, autoclaves and sterilizers, ultrasound and imaging systems, defibrillators, and exam lighting, including Midmark Ritter, Welch Allyn, GE, ZOLL, Physio Control, and Mindray equipment. We diagnose and fix calibration drift, inaccurate readings, weak batteries, worn seals and gaskets, cracked probes, pressure loss in sterilizers, and mechanical wear in exam table lifts and drawers.

Full Diagnostic Inspection

Every repair visit starts with a full functional and safety diagnostic, covering electrical safety, calibration accuracy, mechanical wear, and manufacturer specified test points, so the actual problem is confirmed before any repair begins.

Diagnostic And Monitoring Equipment

We repair patient monitors such as the Welch Allyn Spot Vital Signs line and Connex VSM 6000, and EKG machines such as the GE MAC 1200, MAC 2000, and MAC 5500 HD, correcting inaccurate NIBP and SpO2 readings, faulty leads, and calibration drift.

03

Sterilization Equipment

Midmark Ritter M9 and M11 autoclaves are repaired for pressure loss, door seal wear, and chamber leaks, and recalibrated to hold proper sterilization temperature and pressure.

04

Imaging And Ultrasound Systems

Ultrasound systems such as the GE Logiq E9, GE Venue 40, and Mindray Resona I9 are repaired for probe damage, image quality drift, and software or connectivity issues.

Get In Touch

Two Ways To Reach Us

Book a visit or call us.

Book And Visit The Store

Reserve a time and bring your equipment in, or have a biomed meet you here to look at what needs fixing. Evenings and weekends are available, so you do not have to close the practice to get here.

Phone Or Video Call

Handle the whole thing remotely. Your salesperson quotes the repair, sends photos of available inventory if a replacement is relevant, and arranges delivery and payment on the call.

Why It Matters

Repairs Done Right

What a proper repair protects.

Putting off a repair on a struggling unit is one of the most common reasons exam room equipment gets pulled from service for good. A weak battery, a worn seal, or a drifting calibration is quick to correct during a repair visit and expensive to deal with once an exam table lift gives out, a patient monitor reads wrong, or a sterilizer will not hold pressure.

Fewer Repeat Breakdowns

A proper repair fixes the root cause, such as a worn gasket or a weak battery, instead of the same unit failing again a few weeks later.

Longer Equipment Lifespan

Well repaired exam tables, monitors, and autoclaves stay in service for years longer than equipment left unchecked.

Safer For Patients And Staff

Calibration accuracy and electrical safety checks protect the patients and staff who rely on this equipment every day.

One Person Owns Your Account

The salesperson who quotes your equipment is the one who schedules your biomed visits, so nothing is handed between departments and you never repeat yourself.

How It Works

One Salesperson Start To Finish

The same engagement every time.

Buying equipment, booking a repair, or both, it is one engagement with one assigned salesperson from the first call to the last delivery. You never get passed between a sales desk and a service desk.

01

Tell Us What Is Wrong

Your assigned salesperson finds out exactly what is happening with the equipment, whether it will not power on, reads inaccurately, will not hold pressure, or shows any other issue.

02

We Quote It

You get pricing for the repair, and for any equipment you may also need, in one place, from the same person, with no separate departments to chase.

03

Photos If A Replacement Makes Sense

If a repair is not practical, we send photos of comparable equipment we have in stock, so you can see the exact replacement before deciding anything.

04

Repair Scheduled And Payment

The same salesperson books the biomed visit or arranges delivery of a replacement, and handles payment either way.

05

The Biomed Visit

A biomed travels to your location, diagnoses the issue, completes the repair, and tests the item to confirm it is working properly before billing per item. Your salesperson stays available afterwards by phone or video.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers before you call.

What is included in a biomed repair visit?

A biomed diagnoses the issue on your equipment, completes the repair such as replacing a worn seal, a weak battery, or a faulty part, retests the equipment to confirm it is working properly, and lets you know it is back in service before leaving.

Can I book a repair without buying equipment from you?

Yes. That is the standalone repair visit. Tell us what is wrong, a biomed travels to your location, and you are billed per item. Repairs can also be bundled into an equipment order if you prefer to handle both at once.

Do I need an appointment to visit your store?

Yes. Visits are by appointment only, because our team travels for deliveries and service calls and we do not want you arriving to an empty building. Contact us to book a time, and tell us if you need an evening or a weekend, since after hours and weekend appointments are available.

How long does a repair usually take?

Turnaround depends on the issue and whether a part needs to be sourced. Your biomed can give you a time estimate once the problem is diagnosed on site.

Do you repair equipment we did not purchase from you?

Yes. Our biomed team services equipment regardless of where it was purchased, as long as it is a brand and model we support.

What brands and equipment types do you repair?

We repair exam tables, patient monitors, EKG machines, autoclaves and sterilizers, ultrasound and imaging systems, defibrillators, and exam lighting from Midmark Ritter, Welch Allyn, GE, ZOLL, Physio Control, Mindray, Philips, Olympic Medical, and other established manufacturers.

Can you fix a specific problem, like an inaccurate monitor or a leaking autoclave?

Yes. Describe the issue, such as inaccurate readings, a leaking seal, or loss of pressure, when you book, so your biomed arrives prepared to diagnose and repair that specific problem.

Can we handle everything by phone or video instead?

Yes. Your assigned salesperson can quote the repair, send photos of available inventory if a replacement is relevant, and arrange delivery and payment entirely by phone or on a video call. Booking an appointment and coming in is simply the other option, not a requirement.

Is repair service available outside Middle Georgia?

Yes. Repair service is available nationwide, wherever your practice is located, not only in Middle Georgia.
