We Move The Equipment
Two Ways To Sell

Sell Outright Or Consign

Two options, one contact.

You can sell to us outright, or you can hand the equipment to us on consignment and let us sell it for you. Your rep prices both routes on the same equipment list, so you can see the two numbers side by side before you decide. Either route works for a full practice or for a single piece.

Option 01

We Buy It Outright

We make an offer on the whole list or on one item, you accept when it suits your timeline, and you are paid once pickup is confirmed. The number is agreed before anything leaves your building.

  • One offer covering everything you list
  • A price you know before pickup day
  • No waiting for a buyer to be found
  • A full practice or a single piece
Best For

A closing or a move with a date already on the calendar, where the room has to be empty and the money settled.

Request An Offer
Option 02

We Sell It On Consignment

We collect the equipment, inventory it, photograph it, and list it for sale alongside our own stock. When an item sells you will receive your agreed upon percentage of the profit of the sale.

  • We work with you to set up a contract
  • We inventory, photograph, and list each item
  • You receive your agreed upon percentage of the profit of the sale
  • Your equipment is stored with us while it sells
Best For

A seller who is not in a hurry and would rather follow the sale price than take a single figure today.

Ask About Consignment

Request An Offer

Tell us what you have to sell.

Send the brand, model, age, and condition of each item, and photos where you have them. Say whether you want an outright offer, a consignment estimate, or both, and your rep will price the list either way. Most lists are answered within one business day and there is no obligation to accept.

What We Take

Equipment We Accept

Exam room and diagnostic equipment.

Both routes cover the same categories. Every item is reviewed on brand, age, working condition, and current demand, and that review is the same whether it is one ultrasound system or the contents of a whole building.

Power and manual exam tables, treatment tables, and exam room casework.

Waiting Room Chairs

Reception seating, guest chairs, and waiting room furniture in usable condition.

Monitors And EKG Machines

Vital signs monitors, multiparameter monitors, and EKG machines with 12 leads.

Defibrillators And AEDs

Hospital defibrillators and portable AEDs, including pads and carry cases.

Ultrasound And Imaging

Ultrasound systems, probes, and imaging carts, sold as a system or as parts.

Autoclaves And Sterilizers

Steam sterilizers and autoclaves that hold pressure and pass a function check.

Exam And Surgical Lighting

Exam lights, procedure lights, and mobile lighting stands with working heads.

Stools And Medical Carts

Provider stools, procedure carts, and mobile equipment stands.

Cabinetry And Storage

Supply cabinets, instrument storage, and lab casework that can be moved intact.

Our Sellers

Who We Buy From

Practices of every size.

Most of our sellers are practices that are closing, relocating, downsizing, or replacing older equipment with newer stock. Both the outright offer and the consignment route are open to every seller below.

Practices Closing Or Relocating

A full liquidation handled on the timeline your closing or your lease requires. Take one offer for the whole building, put the slower moving items on consignment, or split the list between the two.

How It Works

How Selling Works

From your list to your payment.

The first three steps are identical for both routes. Only the last two differ, because an outright sale is settled at pickup while a consignment is settled when the item sells.

01

Send Your Equipment List

Send what you are selling by phone, email, or the form above, with brand, model, age, and condition. Photos help your rep price the list accurately the first time.

02

See Your Contract

We will set up a contract that works well for both parties.

03

Choose Your Route

Take the offer, place the equipment on consignment, or split the list and do both. Decide on your own timeline, because we do not ask for same day answers.

04

We Handle The Move

Freight and pickup are scheduled around your availability either way, and large items are palletized for safe transport. Outright sellers are paid once pickup is confirmed.

05

Consignment Items Are Sold

When an item sells you will receive your agreed upon percentage of the profit of the sale.

Brands

Brands We Accept

Condition matters more than brand.

We regularly take in equipment made by Midmark Ritter, Welch Allyn, GE Healthcare, ZOLL, Physio Control, Mindray, Philips, and Olympic Medical, along with other established makers of exam room and diagnostic equipment. If your brand is not listed, contact us anyway. Unlisted brands are reviewed individually on age, condition, and demand.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers before you call.

What is the difference between an outright sale and consignment?

An outright sale means we buy the equipment from you. You accept an agreed figure and you are paid once pickup is confirmed. Consignment means we sell the equipment on your behalf. We collect it, inventory it, list it, and when it sells you receive the sale price minus the cost of moving it.

How is the consignment payment calculated?

You receive the price the item actually sells for, minus the cost of moving it from your building into our inventory. That moving cost is quoted before we collect anything, so you know the deduction in advance rather than after the sale.

Which option pays more?

It depends on the item and on how quickly you need to be finished. An outright offer is a figure you can count on today. Consignment follows the sale price, so the amount is not known upfront. Ask your rep to price your list both ways and compare the two before you decide.

Can I sell some items outright and consign the rest?

Yes. Many closing practices take an offer on the equipment that moves quickly and place the rest on consignment. One rep handles the whole list either way, so you are not managing two separate arrangements.

Do you buy a single piece or only a full practice?

Both. A single exam table or one ultrasound system is reviewed the same way as the contents of a full building, and both routes are available on either size of list.

Do you take equipment that needs repair?

Equipment that is not fully working is considered individually. Working items receive stronger offers and sell faster on consignment, so tell us about any faults upfront and your rep will tell you which route suits that item.

Who arranges pickup and freight?

We do, on both routes. Pickup is scheduled around your availability and large items are palletized for safe transport. On an outright sale the moving cost is already inside the offer. On a consignment it is quoted separately and deducted from the sale price.

Do you buy from practices outside Georgia?

Yes. We buy and accept consignments from closing and relocating practices nationwide, not only in Middle Georgia.
