Full OfficeSetup
Procurement to installation, all in house.
Three Ways To Start
Opening, revamping, or upgrading.
Opening A New Office
You have the space and you need it filled. Tell us the room count and the specialty and we build the equipment list, price it, deliver it, and install it.
02Revamping An Existing Office
Older equipment comes out and newer equipment goes in. We schedule the swap around your patient days so the practice keeps seeing people while it happens.
03Upgrading What You Have
You do not need everything. Ten exam tables, a set of patient monitors, or one room at a time is handled exactly the same way as a full office.
Whichever one you are, the engagement is the same. One assigned salesperson finds out what you need, quotes it, sends photos of the inventory we have available at that moment, and then arranges delivery, installation, and payment. You are not managing a supplier, a freight company, and an installer separately.
Two Ways To Reach Us
Book a visit or call us.
What We Set Up
Room by room, front to back.
We specialize in pre owned exam room equipment, so a full office costs a fraction of buying everything new. Some items are refurbished and some are sold as they are, and your salesperson tells you which is which before you decide.
Exam Rooms
Exam tables, stools, exam lighting, casework, and everything that makes a room usable on day one.
Waiting Room
Waiting room chairs, reception seating, and front of house furniture, which we both stock and source.
Sterilization
Autoclaves and sterilizers, including Midmark Ritter M9 and M11 units, plus the cabinetry around them.
Diagnostics And Monitoring
Patient monitors, EKG machines, vital signs units, defibrillators, and portable AEDs for the office.
Imaging And Ultrasound
Ultrasound systems and imaging equipment matched to the specialty you are setting the office up for.
Storage And Casework
Cabinets, carts, and storage for supplies and instruments, so the office is organized before it opens.
Procurement To Installation
One salesperson, five stages.
All five stages are handled in house. Nothing is passed to an outside broker, freight company, or installer, which is why one person can tell you where your order is at any point.
Procurement
Your assigned salesperson finds out exactly what the office needs, then works from our own inventory to build the list. You get photos of the actual items we have available, not catalogue pictures.
Purchase
One quote covers the whole list, room by room, so you can see what each part of the office costs and adjust before anything is committed.
Shipping
We handle shipping ourselves, domestically and internationally, so your order does not sit with a third party you have no contact with.
Delivery
We deliver to the office and put each item in the room it belongs in, scheduled around your patient days rather than around ours.
Installation
Equipment is installed, positioned, and left ready to use. Preventive maintenance can be added to the same order if you want the biomed team involved from the start.
Why Practices Use Us
One team from start to finish.
Everything Handled In House
Procurement, purchase, shipping, delivery, and installation are all ours. There is no handoff point where the answer becomes that you need to call someone else.
Pre Owned Pricing
Furnishing an office with pre owned equipment costs a fraction of buying new, which leaves room to spend on the pieces where it actually matters.
One Person Owns Your Account
The salesperson who quotes the office is the one who books the delivery and answers the phone afterwards, so you never explain the order twice.
Scheduled Around Patients
Deliveries and installations are booked around your patient days, including evenings and weekends, so an office being set up does not mean an office that is closed.
Brands We Supply
And other trusted manufacturers.
Office setups are built from Midmark Ritter, Welch Allyn, GE Healthcare, ZOLL, Physio Control, Mindray, Philips, and Olympic Medical equipment, along with other established manufacturers. Ask your salesperson if there is a specific brand or model the practice already standardises on.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers before you call.
Can you really set up an entire office?
Yes. Procurement, purchase, shipping, delivery, and installation are all handled by us, so a practice can go from an empty space to a working office through one supplier and one salesperson.
Do you handle delivery and installation, or only the sale?
Both. We do our own shipping and delivery, and installation is included, so the equipment arrives in the right room and is set up ready to use rather than left in boxes.
Is the equipment new or pre owned?
We specialize in pre owned exam room equipment. Some items are refurbished and some are sold in the condition they arrived in, and your salesperson tells you which is which and sends photos before you decide.
Can we buy just a few pieces instead of a whole office?
Yes. One or two items is as normal as a full setup. Whether the list is a single exam table or ten exam tables plus patient monitors, it runs through the same salesperson the same way.
How does pricing work?
You get one quote covering the full list, broken out so you can see what each part of the office costs. Nothing is committed until you have seen the pricing and the photos of the actual inventory.
Can we see the equipment before we buy it?
Yes, two ways. Book an appointment and come see it at the store, including evenings and weekends, or stay remote and have your salesperson send photos and walk you through it on a video call.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. We ship domestically and internationally, and we do it ourselves rather than handing the order to a broker.
Can maintenance be included with the setup?
Yes. Preventive maintenance can be bundled into the same order so the biomed team is involved from the day the office opens. See the Biomed Maintenance page for how those visits work.
